Crowdpear

Crowdpear is a Lithuanian crowdfunding platform founded in 2021 and launched in January 2023 by the team behind PeerBerry. Headquartered in Vilnius, the platform specializes in property-backed real estate and business loans, primarily in Lithuania and Romania. Crowdpear holds an ECSP (European Crowdfunding Service Provider) license granted by the Bank of Lithuania in July 2023.
