Nectaro
Nectaro is a Riga-based investment platform, open to investors since 2023. Latvijas Banka authorised the operator, SIA Nectaro, as an investment brokerage firm on 29 March 2023 under licence 27-55/2023/3. Investors do not buy loan claims but notes issued by three group vehicles. Behind the notes are consumer loans from CreditPrime in Romania and Moldova and business loans from Abele Finance to Dyninno Group companies in Cyprus, Latvia, Moldova, Romania and the Philippines. The base prospectuses switch the buyback on per series: where the final terms declare it applicable and a borrower is more than 60 days late, the lending company must pay the receivable back at nominal value plus accrued interest, and the series is redeemed early to that extent. For the CreditPrime notes the prospectuses call this an early repayment obligation rather than a buyback, because the lending company borrows from a group company instead of selling the receivable; the mechanics are the same. There is no secondary market. SIA Nectaro is wholly owned by Dyninno Fintech Holding Limited in Cyprus, and the Latvian investor compensation scheme covers 90 percent of a loss up to 20,000 EUR. The licensed company is the former DoFinance: SIA Nectaro carried the name Dofinance until 28 March 2023, one day before the licence was granted, and it is the same legal entity as the platform that suspended buybacks and payouts in 2020.
