Inrento
InRento is a Lithuanian real estate crowdfunding platform founded in 2020 and headquartered in Vilnius. Investors lend to project owners who buy, renovate or operate income-producing property, and earn monthly interest funded by the rent plus a capital gain when the loan is repaid. Beyond flats and houses the platform finances hotels, commercial and mixed-use property, most of it in Lithuania and Poland, with further projects in Romania, Finland, Italy, Latvia and Ireland. The Bank of Lithuania authorised InRento as a crowdfunding service provider on 10 November 2023 under authorisation code LB002222, and the licence is passported into seven other member states. InRento presents its projects as secured by a first-rank mortgage; its terms also allow a pledge, a surety or other collateral, so the security that counts is the one named in the individual offer. A secondary market lets investors offer their claims to other investors, with no guarantee that a buyer is found.

Important Notes
- Deposits/withdrawals via Paysera are missing from export
- Solution 1: Export Paysera separately and add via import mode 2 (merge)
- Solution 2: Manually add deposits/withdrawals via manual entries
- July 2026: The Paysera importer was updated. Timezone offsets in Paysera exports (e.g. +0300) are now converted correctly, so transactions shortly after midnight no longer land on the wrong day. If you have used the Paysera import and notice discrepancies, it is best to clear the data and re-import everything fresh.
- Secondary market sales: Only the sales fee is recorded, any premium/discount is not visible in the export. Yield calculations may be slightly off.
