Profitus is a Lithuanian real estate crowdfunding platform founded in 2017 and operational since August 2018. Headquartered in Vilnius, the platform enables investors to fund mortgage-backed property development projects across the Baltics and Spain, starting from 100 EUR. Profitus is regulated by the Bank of Lithuania and holds a European Crowdfunding Service Provider (ECSP) license since November 2023, allowing it to operate across the EU.
