Stock Estate
Stock Estate is a Romanian real estate crowdlending platform. Its operator, Stockestate Crowdfunding S.R.L., was registered in November 2021 and sits in Voluntari on the northern edge of Bucharest. Romania's Financial Supervisory Authority authorised it on 29 August 2023 under licence PJR28FSFPR/400002, the first Romanian licence for loan-based crowdfunding, and the first campaigns were funded that same autumn. Investors lend to developers in Romania, Italy and Portugal, and alongside property projects the platform also lists working capital loans to established companies, secured on real estate. Each campaign names its own security; for projects listed since the second half of 2025 the platform registers a mortgage in favour of investors, held by a collateral agent inside its own group. Auto Invest applies the criteria an investor sets and signs the loan agreements automatically. The ECSPR passport extends the licence to the rest of the EU.
