Kviku
Kviku Finance is a consumer lending platform operated by Kviku Holding Ltd, registered in Limassol, Cyprus on 20 April 2018 under number HE 382807. It opened to investors in 2020 and lists short-term loans from the lending companies of the Kviku Group, which has issued loans since 2013: Buy Now Pay Later loans, installment loans and virtual credit cards in Spain, Kazakhstan and the Philippines. Investors buy claims against the borrowers by assignment. If a borrower is more than 30 days late, the buyback guarantee obliges the lending company that issued the loan, not the platform, to repurchase the claim, and Kviku Group guarantees the lending companies' obligations. The group's Russian lending company, a separate company under the same ownership, has not paid out to investors on Iuvo since 2022; Iuvo's last update on the case is dated 9 May 2025. All investing runs through the auto-invest tool, and there is no secondary market.
