MyPeak Finance is an Estonian platform on which investors lend to the company that runs it. The operator, Amitours Holding OÜ, registry code 17355055, was registered on 22 October 2025 under the name Mypeak.Finance OÜ and passes the money on to companies in its own Amitours group. Every loan listed so far has financed Alps2Alps OÜ, its wholly owned Estonian subsidiary, which runs ski transfers in the Alps. The platform holds no financial licence, and its own user agreement states that the crowdfunding regulation and MiFID II do not apply to it, that the loan runs between the lender and MyPeak itself, and that claims under a loan agreement are subordinated. The risk disclosure on each offer says the money is raised solely to meet the internal financing needs of the group companies. Interest accrues daily and is paid out monthly, with the principal repaid at maturity. A first loan starts at 500 euros, and lenders who already hold an active loan can take part from 1 euro. Whether a loan carries security is stated in each offer, and the loans listed so far have been unsecured. There is no secondary market and no auto-invest.
