Bienprêter
Bienprêter is the trading name of Ulends SAS, a French crowdfactoring platform registered in Trets in November 2017 and open to investors since 2018. It finances the working capital of French small and medium-sized companies: from 20 euros, investors fund an invoice, a quote or a purchase-and-resale operation and are repaid when the borrower's own customer pays. Security is set per project from a catalogue of eleven types, among them pledges, mortgages, personal guarantees and a payment delegation that routes the end customer's payment straight to the platform. The AMF authorised Ulends as a crowdfunding service provider on 24 November 2023 under licence FP-2023-38, covering the facilitation of granting loans. BP Flex is the platform's secondary market: an investor can sell all or part of a loan to other investors for a 3% commission on the amount sold, provided a buyer is found. AutoPILOT matches new offers against an investor's criteria and sends a loan proposal, but each proposal expires after twelve hours unless the investor confirms it, so nothing is invested automatically.
