Timeless
Timeless is a collectibles investment platform run by New Horizon GmbH in Berlin. Investors buy fractional co-ownership of art, watches, classic cars, wine and whisky, sneakers, trading cards and memorabilia from 50 euros. Timeless buys each item first, then sells fractions of it and keeps the item in professional storage in Germany and Switzerland. New Horizon was registered in 2018 and first ran the car-history platform Gapless; collectible fractions were offered on this domain from 2020 and under the Timeless name from 2021. There is no buyback: money comes back when Timeless sells the item, or when another user buys the fraction in the app's trading section. New Horizon holds no licence of its own. It is a tied agent under section 3(2) of the German Securities Institutions Act, entered in BaFin's register under number 80174023 since August 2021, acting for the account and under the liability of CONCEDUS GmbH in Nuremberg. Since 2025 the platform has also opened to outside partners, and under terms published on 24 July 2026 the fractions in those assets are issued as crypto-assets under MiCAR, bought and traded on an interface that CONCEDUS operates rather than New Horizon.
