Nordstreet

Nordstreet is a Lithuanian crowdfunding platform based in Vilnius, registered in July 2017, with the first projects funded in March 2018. The Bank of Lithuania authorised it as a crowdfunding service provider on 10 November 2023 under code LB002225, covering the facilitation of loans, credit scoring, a bulletin board and individual portfolio management of loans. Investors fund development and business loans secured by a first-rank mortgage in Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia and Norway, and there is also a buy-to-let mortgage product. The minimum is 50 euros per loan. There is no buyback guarantee: if a borrower defaults, investors are repaid out of the pledged property. Claims can be sold to other investors on the secondary market, where the seller pays 2 percent of the sale price.
