NEO Finance is a Lithuanian peer-to-peer lending platform founded in 2014, specializing in consumer loans. Based in Vilnius and publicly listed on Nasdaq First North since 2019, it operates under full supervision of the Bank of Lithuania with an electronic money institution (EMI) license - the first Lithuanian P2P platform to hold this authorization, enabling EU-wide operations. The platform focuses on Lithuanian consumer credit including personal loans, car loans, and refinancing.
