It operates as a marketplace where investors can purchase shares in music catalogs and receive ongoing royalty income from streaming, radio play, and other sources. The platform uses blockchain technology for transparent ownership tracking. While not CSSF-regulated (music royalties are not classified as financial instruments), payments are processed through CSSF-regulated Mangopay.
